Tips Lose and Maintain Weight Loss

Hello guys, I want to share tips and experiences around the lower and maintain body weight remained stable.

We all, especially those that have problems with weight certainly made dizzy by the name FAT!! Yes, fat is the main enemy for anyone who wants to have an ideal body shape.

These include obesity with my height 172cm. Various things I do, from the gym, keeping food intake, hunger, until the diet with different fat burner supplements.

The result? Like Yoyo! Down 1 pound, up 2 pounds. Ever experienced the same problem? I sure had. This is a classic problem for those who are "obsessed" to get the ideal body is captivating.

Who have too much body fat can be fatal. Ranging from heart disease, blood vessel blockage, difficulty thinking, and easy to feel dizzy (due to high blood pressure). Besides, unsightly, hard to move, easy fatigue, and attacks incredible feeling.

Anyway, I finally gave up, and change its approach.

Instead I keep the food I eat, I finally changed to:

Explanation :

When we eat any food, especially the fatty, oily, which often happens instead is the feeling of guilt, rather than pleasure after eating food.

Yes, and very slow. This is the beginning cause accumulation of fat in the body.

So, any food that you eat, Enjoy The Good, feel every bite and chew. Eating is a process of tremendous pleasure, any sense of taste, we feel the sensation of every bite, which actually causes the body bermetabisme quickly and even very fast.

Then, do it with regular Sport, and the White Water to drink 8 glasses a day.

This is so very true, the water will make our body more quickly metabolized and not easily tired.

I myself chose ThaiBoxing and Yoga every day (at least 1 / 2 hours) to train my body. The reason, flexibility training, speed, and specifically yoga, improve the ability of "male" adult.

So guys, any food, if any body, the most important thing is not the food we eat, and exercise we do, but actually in the process we memakanan food and exercise, we enjoy with gratitude to God for the enjoyment that we can enjoy.

Now my weight is stable between 64-66 kg, without using a variety of supplements, just do what I described above.

This is the way I lose and maintain my weight. With gratitude to every food I eat.
